Students make up the majority of staff at the SU and as a member of Student Staff, you will be the face of the Union and provide excellent customer service.

Community Engagement Assistant (Placement)
To support the Community Events programme at the Students’ Union. This will involve liaising with societies, SCO’s, students, other Students’ Union departments, the University of Hertfordshire and local community.

The role is to support the Herts SU Advice Team with all their priority activities, including triaging student drop-in queries, providing front-line advice to students, undertaking phone-call student check-ins, and running promotional outreach activities on behalf of the team.
